Services
Contact me to arrange your free initial 20-minute consultation to discuss the services you are interested in and the areas you would like to target.
1-to-1
The 1-to-1 sessions are the most common form of consultation, and they last 50 minutes. The 1-to-1 process starts with a meeting where we start to get to know each other, and discuss the psychological areas you would most like to focus on. The 1-to-1s can be delivered online through video call or in person. If we have the 1-to-1s in person, I can travel to you or you can travel to me.
Online - £50
In-person practical sessions - From £70
The practical sessions are designed so that the mental training is blended within your physical training.
Workshops
Workshops are tailored to the psychological area you would like them to be focused on. The workshop aims to educate the group about a particular psychological area and if applicable to provide strategies to enhance that chosen area. The workshops tend to have interactive elements, whether it be tasks, group discussions, or crowd involvement, to make the sessions more interesting and to get the group involved.

Observations
Observations can be an incredibly useful option. Observations in training and/or competition settings allow me to gather a better insight into how the areas we are working on are progressing. They can also facilitate a more in-depth understanding of other psychological areas that we can potentially work on.

The 3Ts:
The 3Ts package focuses on building three different mindsets: Training, Trusting, and Time off. A mindset for training, a mindset for competition, and a mindset for life outside of sport. I developed this approach to help my clients maximize the benefits from the three most important areas.
In training, you need to be working hard, focusing on mastering skills and technique, aiming to better yourself and putting in the work to reach your goals. However, in competition, you want to be able to trust the hard work you have done, trust that you know what to do, and you want to aim to be in that flow state. Finally, you want to be able to have time off from your sport mentally. You will have other important areas in your life and its important to not let your sport deprive you from those areas.
My aim with this approach is to help you get the most out of your training sessions, to be able to put in the best performances in competition, and still be able to focus on other important areas in your life.
